Leslie Bonebreak is a 2018 Candidate for House District 53.

Leslie was born in Oklahoma City, OK and is a fourth generation Oklahoman. She attended public education in Midwest City. She studied at Minneapolis Community and Technical College, OCCC, and was a recipient of the INBRE internship at Cameron University. Leslie was HOA treasurer for nearly four years and is currently the president of a 250 home edition. She volunteers at her children’s schools in the library or where ever she’s needed. She serves on the Our Revolution OK board as a founding member and on several committees. Most recently, Leslie accepted a seat on the Old Town Advisory Committee for the future of Moore, OK, as well as the 8 to 12 Committee in Oklahoma City to expand and diversify city wards. Leslie has been active in her district and the Democratic party as a precinct officer, OR caucus member, delegate, Sergeant at Arms, and in any capacity asked. She worked with city council for 3 years to get Proposition 2 on the November 2016 ballot. She resides in south Moore with her husband of ten years, Kevin Bonebreak, and their three children and two dogs. It is her belief that economic stability can be achieved by fully funding education, installing proper environmental protections, and seeing that all Oklahomans are treated equally in accordance with the law. She is a Progressive Democrat with a completely grassroots campaign and announced her campaign for State Representative in House District 53 on January 6th, 2018.
